Jiayuan Yu 

Jiayuan Yu was born in Harbin, Heilongjiang province, China, in 1996 and currently resides in Shanghai.

She graduated from Goldsmiths, University of London, with a master's degree in photography and electronic arts, achieving distinction. Her work encompasses photography, moving images, installation art, and digital media. With an undergraduate background in literature, has profoundly influenced her creative process, emphasizing the narrative within her visuals. By utilizing various materials such as foam and ice, she transcends the constraints of traditional photography, venturing into new realms of creativity. Her work delves into themes related to individual self-awareness in a mobile society and the influence of local environments on individuals. Through her art, she aims to express the intricate and delicate relationship between humans and their surroundings, exploring concepts of identity and belonging.

Currently, she has a keen interest in the field of technology art, focusing her creative direction on technological art, exploring the role of artificial intelligence in contemporary society. With a critical perspective, she examines the boundaries of technology-generated imagery and contemplates the impact of these technologies on humanity. Through her artistic creations, she presents these concerns and reflects on the potential effects of technological advancements.

于佳源,1996年出生于中国黑龙江省哈尔滨市,现居上海。毕业于伦敦大学金史密斯学院,以Distinction成绩完成摄影和电子艺术硕士项目。

她的作品形式包括摄影、动态影像、装置艺术和数字媒体。她本科就读于文学专业,这一背景对她的创作产生了深远影响,使她在创作中注重画面的叙事性。她通过运用各种材料,如泡沫、冰块等,突破了传统摄影的限制,开拓了创作的新领域。她的作品主题包括在流动社会中个体身份的自我认知以及地方环境对人的塑造。通过艺术的手段,她试图表达人与环境之间复杂而微妙的关系,探索身份认同和归属感的概念。

目前,她对科技艺术领域充满兴趣,将创作方向聚焦于科技艺术,探索着人工智能在当代社会中的作用,以批判的眼光审视智能图像生成的技术边界,并思考这些技术对人类的影响,她通过艺术作品呈现出这种关切和对技术发展潜在影响的思考。
